Dry Running Rotary Vane Pressure-Vacuum Pumps
Capacities 100 – 160 m3/hr
After 15 successful years the V-KTR series dry running rotary vane pressure-vacuum pumps have been redesigned.
The key features of the new generation V-KTR series can be found under the noise insulating housing. A number of parts have been redesigned to achieve a remarkable lowering of machine temperatures. This includes; manifold ribbing of the housing, optimised routing of cooling air and minimised contact surface of thermoconducting parts.
With suction capacities from 100 to 160 m3/h, vacuum up to -0.6 bar and pressure up to +0.6 bar, the V-KTR series present a robust and efficient pump solution. Typical applications include environmental engineering, the printing and packaging industries as well as the woodworking industry.
- Environmentally Friendly
As dry running rotary vane pressure-vacuum pumps, no oil and no water comes into contact with the process vapours. The V-KTR series therefore presents an environmentally friendly solution.
- Lowered energy costs
These next generation dry running rotary vane pressure-vacuum pumps offer remarkably longer life cycles of wearing parts and high reliability even under extreme conditions. Optimised machine efficiency translates into lower energy costs for the user.
- Quiet in operation
The V-KTR series emit low noise levels for a quiet operation.
